Disability Support
Armourcare specialises and can provide all staffing requirements that a small or large disability support provider may need. We have an extensive database of staff members, but also a large pool of staff that we move across our clients depending on our clients’ needs and gaps. We help our clients with small contingent work, such as filling one vacant shift, to supplying the entire workforce for Supported Independent Living Options (SIL). We have support staff who are qualified and experienced to support your participants with community access, attending social activities, helping with skill development to manual handling, personal care, medication management and working with people with behaviours of concern. We are connection and goal focused when matching our staff with your Participant.
